ELBOW PATCHES.

According to my brother, I now officially look like I'm in college because this sweater has elbow patches. I'm alright with that.

A BEANIE A DAY KEEPS THE HIPSTERS COMING.

During finals week, my best friends and I reaaalllyyy did not want to study. So we made every day a theme and treated ourselves to Starbucks and we actually got a lot done! First day was hipster: jean vest, graphic tee, grey acid wash jeans, black military boots, and a beanie. It was my favorite day actually:).

Holiday Spirit

We finally put up and decorated our Christmas tree a few days ago (my parents waited until I got home for break). I let my mom take outfit pictures, and she got a little crazy, wanting me to jump around (i.e. the last picture HAHA). This dress is so hard to photograph, and no matter what I think it looks unflattering in pictures because of the way it hangs. But it's SO cute in person and so very warm as well, so I deal. 

Black&White

Last night I had the chance to get a little more dressed up than normal. As some of you may know, I am at college studying fashion and most of my friends here are fashion majors as well. One of my best friend Kate (seen here) is a design major and last night was the annual freshman fashion show. It's a chance for them to make a name for themselves among all of their classmates and show their talents. I'm so proud of her because Kate placed THIRD out of 133 people! She did amazingly. And it was so great being in a room with so many other fashion majors. So much inspiration and creativity.

The Golden Hour

I ordered this shirt in black and coral and they are already proving to be such an investment. Perfect for layering, accessorizing, or even wearing alone. This outfit was a compilation of my favorite pieces of the moment, including the pants and jacket that I snatched up on Black Friday.

Leave of Absence

I've been so busy the past few weeks-I know, I know, I'm a horrible blogger! Pictures from the last bit of true fall weather (and some random spurts of late summer) with me and my roommate! I'll be back into the swing of things in no time:).
